For a released non-read skill, add input._fullness.idempotencyKey. Never add an approval value.

Task mapping

Fullness maps a waiting approval to A2A input-required, a successful result to completed, and an unsuccessful execution to failed. Artifacts retain both the Fullness result and action object.
